Our online valuation tool uses a discounted cash flow approach, relying on adjusted maintainable earnings and a risk based multiple. We use Net Operating Profit After Tax as the key earnings metric in our reports and valuations. The key is in the name: ‘Net’, meaning ‘after everything is included’ such as key valuation drivers and risk inherent to the operation.
